F1 2017 practice targets impossible?

Is it just me or are the practice targets for things like tyre wear and fuel conservation absolutely impossible to manage?

I started with McLaren Honda and I just can't succeed in those challenges, I am either seconds behind the lap time I need or deep in the red for the fuel conservation/tyre wear gauge!

I didn't find the right solution
